Production Planning and Inventory Control |
| Responsibilities |
- Responsible for Planning and establishing production schedules for all segments of manufacturing operation
- Assessing work center availability, materials availability, production run times and order due dates to plan production runs accordingly.
- Data entry of raw materials, work orders, route times, order completion.
- Maintaining raw materials availability.
- Monitoring production schedules.
- Monitoring work orders throughout production process and entering work center progress into system.
- Maintaining inventory systems and reports
- Performing cycle counts and verifying physical inventory quantities.
- Identifying and handling obsolete or expired inventory items.
- Ensuring smooth production schedules through constants coordination with Production, Quality Control and Logistics Department
- Canvas raw materials and consumable items.
- Update schedules accordingly
- Optimize utilization of man and machine.

| Qualifications |
- Excellent computer skills
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Inventory Management Systems
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Production Planning Systems
- Knowledge in Quality Management System
- Not more than 35 years old
